This is the second time that I am going to the Alfa dealership (taken in warranty for a small problem a few months ago and overhaul of my Alfa today) and frankly, I am very satisfied with the service, the prices, the the honesty, competence and friendliness of the staff. In addition, each time they washed and vacuumed my vehicle !!!. I recommend! No complaints! It's getting rare and so I'll be going back to the dealership for the next overhaul!

Following an engine light problem on our 4-month-old Ducato motorhome, we contacted them and came to the dealership to make a diagnosis and find out where the problem came from at 9:30 am. Haughty, unfriendly salesperson who is not able to give us information. Request for information for a Leasing we left without response. He just told us he was going to call us to make an offer (?). His other college eventually caught up with us when we left, knocking on the car window to ask us what we wanted. Still no call regarding this famous offer after 2 weeks. Apparently they don't need to sell. To flee.
